Program Description
This course is offered monthly for brand new escrow employees. The course is 2 hours a day over 2 days. Your new employee will learn about the benefits of joining the FNF family, Company precepts, history, Stock program, 401K, company discounts, HR Contacts. Your employee will learn about title and escrow, how to read a title report, understand vesting/liens/judgements, dress attire, proper communication and how to prioritize and organize their workflow. They will receive an overview of Smart View, Smart View tree, system short cuts, mobile deposits, IN Here, how to task to an escrow processing unit and how to open an order. They will also learn the role of their sales executive, how to market behind the desk and how to work through stressful situations.
